Akr poultry farm was founded by Mr. K. Ramachandran in the year 1991. The poultry farm initially began with 300 layered birds, which were raised in a small tiled shed. Over time, the organization grew and by the year 2020, it had expanded to accommodate 500,000 birds. Today, it is recognized as the leading Egg Poultry Farm in Tamilnadu. This farm is known for its integration, ensuring high-quality production and supply of eggs. They strive to offer their customers the most competitive prices possible. With a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction, this poultry farm has established itself as a reliable and trusted supplier in the region.

We decided to manufacture the feed on our own. We purchased the Raw materials with our own sampling method for the feed mill and fed it to the birds. Well-equipped and state-of-the-art infrastructure is owned by us, where these birds are carefully reared and processed. We feed the birds manually and automatically integrated system using pan feeding and pan watering systems. But now all the sheds have been converted to cages with automatic feeding and nipple drinking system.
